Our family extends to our clients, vendors, partners, and staff. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our clients.  This trust is predicated on transparency, so we feel it’s important to provide you with as much information as possible about the measures that we are taking to help keep our clients safe and healthy during the Coronavirus outbreak.

We would like to provide reassurance that Venerate’s commitment to quality care, including infection prevention which assures we minimize the risks of disease transmission as seen in viruses like COVID-19. We emphasize the need for workplace safety and monitor our success with an established safety committee to best identify, resolve, and prevent potential hazards.

Additionally, client and employee safety are taken seriously at Venerate as evidenced by our recruitment, hiring, and caregiver training processes. Ongoing professional staff training is stringent to maintain the highest client and employee safety. This training includes, but is not limited to, several learning modules related to infection control (IC), proper hand washing, cough, and cold etiquette. As a best practice, we follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Due to the recent COVID-19 concerns, we have taken proactive steps to provide supplemental training to our caregivers and staff on the following topics:
